With origins from New Orleans and San Francisco, I made my home in the New York hospitality industry in 1998.  Born of a socialite mother and father, who owned a dairy business, my love of food and entertainment is a natural aspect of who I am while continuing the LeBlanc legacy.  I pursued my passions and graduated from culinary school with the intent of opening a bakery.  The creativity and wholesome goodness of baking is what truly inspires me but the satisfaction of pleasing one's palate well.... let's just say that it's the icing on the cake!

Serving people in any capacity is not only what I truly enjoy but is the very premise that Hospitality Heroine is built upon.  Combining my love of people, food and entertainment has been a reveling experience I wish to have and share with you all for a lifetime.  Thank you for sparing a few moments to ascertain the possibilities!!!!!

As a graduate of the Institute of Culinary Education in New York, I received a certificate in Baking and Pastry Arts and a diploma in Culinary Management.  I am also Serve Safe certified through the National Restaurant Association and the City of New York.
