With origins from New Orleans and San Francisco, I made my home in the New York hospitality industry in 1998. Born of a socialite mother and a father who owned a dairy business, my love of food and entertainment is a natural aspect of who I am. I pursued my passions and graduated from culinary school with the intent of opening a bakery. The creativity and wholesome goodness of baking is what truly inspires me but the satisfaction of pleasing one's palate well.... let's just say that it's the icing on the cake!
As a graduate of the Institute of Culinary Education in New York, I received a certificate in Baking and Pastry Arts and a diploma in Culinary Management. I am also Serve Safe certified through the National Restaurant Association and the City of New York.
